Yes. All international orders require 100% advance payment before dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available outside Pakistan. Tracking details are shared after shipment.

No. International shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once shipped. If a parcel is refused or returned due to incorrect details or unpaid duties, related courier costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

We ship to selected countries based on courier availability. Please contact us with your country name to confirm shipping options before placing an order.

Once your international order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking ID on the courier’s official website to check the live status of your shipment.

Address changes may only be possible before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Please double-check your address before confirming payment.

If a parcel is officially declared lost by the courier, we will coordinate with the courier service and guide you through the next steps according to their claim policy.

Payments are usually processed in PKR or agreed foreign currency, depending on the payment method. The final payable amount including shipping will be confirmed before payment.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is unused and in original condition with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers must pay courier charges for returning the parcel and for reshipping the replacement. Any price difference will be adjusted.
