1. Return Window


You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel, based on the delivery date shown by the courier.

2. Return Eligibility


A handbag can be returned only if all these conditions are met:

  • Item is in original condition – unused, not damaged, not stained.

  • All original tags, dust bags and packaging are included.

  • Product has not been altered, customized or repaired in any way.

  • Return request is raised within the 7‑day period.

If the item shows signs of use, perfume, scratches, or missing packaging/accessories, it will not qualify for return.


3. When Return Is Accepted


We generally accept returns in these cases:

  • You changed your mind and want a refund or exchange (item still unused and in original condition).

  • You received the wrong ladies handbag, tote bag or crossbody bag design/color compared to your order.

  • The product is faulty/damaged on arrival (with proof, like parcel opening video or clear pictures).

4. Return Shipping & Charges


  • For returns/refunds (change of mind, size/style change), the customer is responsible for sending the handbag back to us.

  • A Rs. 200 return handling/shipping cost will apply and will be deducted from your refund or paid separately, as guided by our team.

  • If we have sent a clearly wrong or damaged item, we will guide you case‑to‑case; in such cases, we may bear or adjust shipping at our discretion.

 

5. Refunds on Returned Items



  • Refund is only for the product price; initial delivery/shipping charges are non‑refundable, except where Reena is at fault (wrong or defective handbag).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned handbag, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refund method (bank transfer, wallet, etc.) will be shared with you when the return is approved.



6. Exchange Instead of Return


If you prefer, you can choose an exchange instead of a refund:

  • The product must meet the same “original condition” rules as above.

  • Exchange depends on stock availability for that ladies handbag, tote bag or bags for girls.

  • If the new item has a higher price, you will pay the difference; if lower, the balance may be adjusted as per our policy.


7. How to Request a Return


 To start a return or exchange:

  • Share your order number, name, reason for return and clear photos/video (if damaged or wrong item).
