1.Shipping Availability

  • Reena offers international shipping on selected ladies handbags, tote bags, shoulder bags and bags for girls from Pakistan to certain countries.

  • Availability, courier options and rates depend on your delivery country and serviceability. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email to confirm if we currently ship to your region.



2. Advance Payment Requirement

  • All international orders require 100% advance payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) outside Pakistan.

  • Your order will be booked and dispatched only after the payment has been successfully received and verified in our account.



3. Accepted Payment Methods (International)

For international customers, we can accept advance payments through:

  • Bank transfer (using our Pakistani bank accounts such as UBL, Meezan Bank – details shared on request)

  • PayPal (where available for your country)

  • Digital wallets like JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay where the customer is able to pay via Pakistani channels

Once you confirm your order and shipping country, our team will share the exact payable amount (including international shipping) and the relevant account details by WhatsApp or email.

4. Shipping Charges and Delivery Time

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on destination country, weight and size of the handbag parcel.

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 7–18 working days, depending on courier, customs clearance and your location. (Some destinations may take longer.)

  • Exact shipping cost and estimated timeline will be shared with you before you make the payment.



5. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Rules


  • Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or handling charges applied by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in Reena’s product or shipping prices.

  • These charges (if any) are usually collected by the courier or local customs at the time of delivery.

  • Cross‑border parcels may be opened and inspected by customs authorities; this is a standard procedure in many countries.
