All goods are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive any damaged or faulty item, simply contact our customer support at (tel:03373330121) for a smooth return or exchange. 

For returns, our customer support team will guide you step-by-step – just reach out via call or WhatsApp. Please ensure the package is returned undamaged; if it's damaged, we'll have to ship it back to you.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer for the product value only (shipping charges not included). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

For exchanges, a delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to the new order.
