Pakistan Orders
At Reena Ladies Handbags, customers may cancel their order at any time before dispatch. To ensure smooth processing, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. This allows us to stop packing and courier booking in time.
To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp/Call: 0337 333 0121 and share your name and order number. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and no delivery charges will apply.
If the request is made after 2 hours, or the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, it will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. All delivery and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, as per our standard return policy in Pakistan.
International Order
For international orders of ladies handbags, tote bags and bags for girls, you can request a cancellation before the order is shipped from Pakistan. Once the parcel is booked with the courier and tracking is generated, the order cannot be cancelled and will only be handled under our return/exchange rules (where applicable).
To cancel an international order, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp/Call: 0337 333 0121 or email inforeena@gmail.com with your name, country and order number. If the order is still in processing and not dispatched, we will cancel it and no shipping charges will be applied.
Please note that international shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are non‑refundable once the parcel has been shipped. If an international order is refused at delivery or returned due to wrong address, all courier, duty and return costs will be deducted from any eligible refund as per our handbags return policy.
