Reena sells fashion products including ladies handbags, tote bags, crossbody bags, shoulder bags, and bags for girls online in Pakistan.
• Product colors, designs, and details are displayed as accurately as possible; however, actual shades may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
• Certain products may be available in limited quantities.
• Reena reserves the right to add, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Prices, Orders & Payment
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; Reena may accept or refuse any order at its discretion (e.g., stock issues or suspicious activity).
• Reena may limit order quantities per customer, address, or order if required.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is the primary payment method. You pay the courier rider at the time of receiving your parcel.
• Riders cannot accept returns at the doorstep; for any issues, contact our support team first.
Order Confirmation & Verification
After placing your order, you will receive an instant confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp. Before dispatch, our team will call you to verify your order. This pre-dispatch verification call ensures your handbag order is 100% confirmed.

Order Cancellation
Pakistan Orders
Customers may cancel their order at any time before dispatch. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp/Call: 0337-333-0121 and share your name and order number.
• If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and no delivery charges will apply.
• If the request is made after 2 hours, or the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
• All delivery and return shipping charges in such cases will be the customer's responsibility.
International Orders
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped from Pakistan. Once tracking is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp/Call: 0337-333-0121 or email inforeena@gmail.com with your name, country, and order number.
• If the order is still in processing and not dispatched, we will cancel it and no shipping charges will apply.
• International shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped.
• If an international order is refused at delivery or returned due to a wrong address, all courier, duty, and return costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Every handbag is packed with bubble wrap and secure packaging.
• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,499 or above.
• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies on orders below Rs. 3,499.
• No hidden charges — the amount shown in your cart is the final price you pay.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad); 5–7 working days for other cities and towns.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel, based on the delivery date shown by the courier.
Return Eligibility
A handbag can be returned only if all of the following conditions are met:
• Item is in original condition — unused, not damaged, not stained.
• All original tags, dust bags, and packaging are included.
• Product has not been altered, customized, or repaired in any way.
• Return request is raised within the 7-day period.
If the item shows signs of use, perfume, scratches, or missing packaging/accessories, it will not qualify for return.
Accepted Return Cases
• Change of mind — item still unused and in original condition.
• Wrong ladies handbag, tote bag, or crossbody bag design/color received compared to the order.
• Product is faulty or damaged on arrival (with proof such as a parcel opening video or clear photographs).
Return Shipping & Charges
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• A Rs. 200 return handling/shipping cost will apply and will be deducted from the refund or paid separately.
• If Reena sent a clearly wrong or damaged item, shipping costs may be adjusted at our discretion.
Refund Policy
All goods are carefully inspected before shipping. Refunds are processed as follows:
• Refund is for the product price only; initial delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, except where Reena is at fault (wrong or defective handbag).
• Once the returned handbag is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Refund method details will be shared when the return is approved.
• For exchanges: the product must meet the same original-condition requirements. If the new item has a higher price, the customer pays the difference; if lower, the balance will be adjusted per our policy. A delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies on the exchange order.
Limitation of Liability
Reena aims to provide a smooth and reliable handbags online shopping experience, but does not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law, Reena will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the website or services is to stop using them and, where applicable, exercise your rights under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, logos, text, and content on the Reena website and official social media pages are the property of Reena or are used with permission. You agree not to copy, download, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Privacy & Data
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Information shared with courier and payment partners is used solely to fulfill your order. Please review our full Privacy Policy on our website.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
